Cruise

7am, 1 hour, Centennial Park

An easy outside circuit of Centennial Park.

Feeling a bit stiff and sore, but good enough to cruise around the park. Warmed up after 40 minutes but not running beyond first gear. Pretty quickly let the mind wander onto non-running and non-bodily function thoughts. So this is a little bit promising that I can run and think at the same time, and tune out.
