30 minutes Easy

7.00am , 30 minutes, Darling Point

An easy recovery run feeling a bit stiff in the legs. Took about 10 minutes to warm up and felt a bit better after that. I shuffled uphill a couple of times between Rushcutters Bay and Darling Point but it wasn't a serious workout. A big crowd of people were exercising around Rushcutters Bay park this morning: sun was out, blue skies and the harbour was deep blue as I ran around the bay looking at the water.

It was a great morning for a longer run which I couldn't do. This six foot track better be worth it.

You probably wont think so while you are doing it - but when you have had about 3 beers waiting for me to finish it might seem a little better.
